“Always A Class Act”

My grandmother’s name was Ora D. Bradford and she lived in St. Louis, Missouri. As a little girl, I grew up in Mississippi and it was always really fun and interesting to go visit her. She lived in this big two story house that had this big porch on the front. My grandmother was very regal. She always wore dresses and heels.  She had a garden out back. Sometimes she would run out to the garden in her dress and heels and pull up some vegetables to cook. When I would help her in the garden she would gossip with me and teach me different life lessons about being a lady. My grandmother was always a class act and that’s what I got from her.  That’s what she taught me, that a lady always has class.
